Multi-Skilled Tradesman – Corby

Our client is looking for an experienced multi-skilled tradesman to join a project in Corby.

The contract is for 3 months work, with hours being 8am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Install Temp doors with digi locks, and corridor hoarding.

  • Remove windows,
  • Cut openings in brickwork
  • Install lintels
  • Block up windows
  • Install new stud walls
  • Cut opening in stud work.
  • Remove skirting/architrave/door frames
  • Install new door frames, doors & irinmongrey
  • Install small kitchen/Servery.

Requirements for the Role:

  • a valid CSCS card
  • own tools
  • Own PPE – high viz vest, safety glasses, hart and and steel capped boots

Confined Space Hi Risk to City and Guilds level 3.
Has a Thames Water Passport.

Specific experience required

Has been working around confined spaces for 4 years, has worked on sewerage works where confined spaces is required.
Understands the dangers of working in or around confined spaces.

Position: Civil Project Manager

Location: Cork

Due to continued growth and expansion, a Project Manager is required to work on a variety of civil engineering and design & build long term frameworks secured with Irish Water. This is a full-time role with career progression opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold a Civil Engineering or related qualification or possess relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering / Project Management or equivalent role.
  • Experience with Irish Water standards (or UK equivalent) would be an advantage.
  • Commercially and contractually astute.
  • Strong technical ability with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead the project and manage stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review of design and project scopes and actioning changes as necessary.
  • Progress and programme management.
  • Attending progress meetings and client liaison meetings as appropriate.
  • Oversight of project delivery.
  • Maintain key relationships with all stakeholders and the project team.
  • Specialist subcontractor and supplier management.

Dove and hawk are working with a successful private London based property investment and development company based in the city on their search for a Commercial Lettings Negotiator.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lettings Negotiator to join a vibrant and dynamic lettings team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player with a particular drive to carry out viewings, conduct negotiations with perspective tenants and carry our administrative duties where required.
The role is office based with site visits in and around London with the following primary responsibilities:

* Scheduling and leading viewings
* Conducting negotiations with prospective tenants
* Undertaking preparation of letting documents including Heads of Terms and completion statements
* Inter department working across the business i.e. Commercial Property Management, Landlord and Tenant, legal and other departments as relevant.
* Support in administrative tasks including setting up new tenants on Horizon V10 (property management platform)
