Job Description

  • As a Construction Manager, you will support the Project Manager and be pivotal to the development and completion of 44MW project in the North Netherlands, including the organisation, scheduling, and implementation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.
  • Proven record delivering CSA projects/packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget along with managing supervisors and operatives on site.
  • Ability to review, interpret and summarised large amounts of data into client and project reports.
  • Experience of managing coordinating internal fit out works/ firestopping with Mechanical / Electrical installations essential both subcontract and self-delivered elements. Civils experience desirable but not essential
  • Commercially and contractually aware with a good understanding of package management.
  • Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification.
  • Data centre construction experience essential having delivered a project of 20MW+ from preconstruction to operational handover.
  • Working experience of construction processes and managing on site coordination meetings essential.
  • Relevant Construction qualification essential.
  • Excellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities.
  • Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
  • CSA/VGA essential.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety.

Specialist Renewable energy company based in Winchester are looking for a Qualified Electrician with Solar Panel Installation experience to join their team working on projects across the Winchester area.

They work both on commercial and residential projects across the country. You will be working alongside electricians and solar panel installers to perform the electrical side of the installation and test the panels. They are looking for somebody who is a qualified electrician with a background of working with solar panels.

There will be travel involved with the role and some nights away 1-2 days per month ( all expenses are covered) Valid driving licence is required for the role as a company car will be provided to travel across the sites.

The working hours are 40 hours per week, however, if you are able to finish the project in 2 days rather than 4, the remaining days will be free for you to take.
