Relief Concrete Plant Supervisor – Home Counties
full time, permanent position

Breedon are seeking a Relief Concrete Plant Supervisor to work at a number of different concrete plants across the Home Counties.
You will ensure that concrete orders are dispatched to meet customer requirements and conduct administration tasks, including using IT systems in order to efficiently operate the site. You will also be responsible for assisting our maintenance fitters and business partners in maintaining site housekeeping to a high standard and actively identifying and implementing site improvements. With a focus on environmental standards the role will involve supporting community relations in a constructive and proactive manner. You will also support the Production Manager with day-to-day plant management.

It would be an advantage if you have worked in a similar role before and have a good understanding of general plant maintenance, and relevant qualifications such as Loading Shovel and First Aid.
You will be provided with a van to travel between sites, so a full driving licence is essential.
