Kier Construction are recruiting for an Operations Director to lead a project, ensuring the safe delivery on time and in line with the gross profit expectations set at the start of the project. Represent Kier, facing into, and delighting the customer and their stakeholders.
Aviation sector experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the project ensuring a safe and timely delivery, maximising the gross margin and customer satisfaction whilst setting high standards in Health and Safety on the project. Implementing and complying with Kier’s policies and procedures and providing regular, accurate reporting and forecasting. Ensuring you develop an organisational culture within the project team that embodies the values of Kier whilst leading, managing and motivating the team is something that will be required also.
What do we need from you?
Demonstratable experience of project leadership in excess of £150m as well as experience in delivering projects utilising the benefits of BIM and MMC techniques. Healthcare or Aviation project sector experience would be necessary to deliver successfully in this role as well as training and certification in Health and Safety.
