Salary:

Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Based on experience)
OTE: £40,000 – £70,000+ (Depending on experience)
Commission Structure: Up to 25%

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements:

Proven success as a real estate agent, commercial real estate.
Strong network and connections in the East London commercial real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
Relevant qualifications and licenses (e.g., RICS, NAEA) are advantageous but not essential.
