TEMPORARY ON GOING CONTRACT

12:00PM TILL 17:00PM

Part time role to primarily assist with management packs & solicitor enquiries relating to onward leasehold sales, with some RTB enquries. Will also deal with calls and emails from our leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities:
● To verify, assess, process and maintain
applications to the right to buy in accordance
with current legislation, council policy and
procedures.
● To support other property sales and
acquisitions related work including buy backs
of leasehold properties, communicating with
leaseholders valuers and solicitors
● Prepare and send responses to
pre-assignment enquiries from solicitors,
taking responsibility for the accuracy of the
information
● Support the Leasehold Services Manager’s
activities including though not limited to:
preparing consultation notices and
coordinating responses, dealing with landlord
consent applications and enforcement of lease
terms
● General administration duties, including
managing email inboxes, direct debits,
ensuring data integrity
● Provide management information to the
Leasehold Services Manager
● To assist the wider team and internal and
external partners as necessary

Responsibilities:

When working as a General Builder you will be required to undertake maintenance and building repairs.

  • Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework and installing soakaways.
  • Roofing and roof repairs, roof problem solving, assessing roof integrity and guttering repairs.
  • Re-pointing, minor rendering, tiling and cement works.
  • All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
  • Laying self-levelling compound, flooring and floor tiles
  • Repairing brickwork and block work.
  • Other duties to include plastering and basic carpentry

Title: Stainless Steel Fabricator

Location: Dublin 15

Salary: €22.50 per hour

Qualified fabricator or Sheet metal worker (TIG & MIG welding experience with both Stainless steel and mild steel)
* Ability to Cut/fold and Fabricate Sheet metal as required
* Read, interpret and follow basic diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols
* Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
* Prioritize work flow through effective communication with management
* Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications and Experience
* Welding/Metal Fabrication Qualifications or experience
* Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
* Ability to think on their feet and problem solving
* High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
* Work in a team environment and respect all teammates

This is a full-time permanent role

* Monday to Friday (workshop with some field work required)
* Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
* Safe Pass (preferred)
* Full Driver’s License (preferred)
