MEP Bid Manager
Location: This is an agile role where you will be based out of our Basingstoke office in Hampshire, with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites

KME are an internal MEP self-delivery business within the Kier group, supporting the internal regional businesses across the UK and the Strategic Projects business on complex and challenging projects that range from £5m to £80m. The business has a full design, construct and commissioning capability. Kier Mechanical & electrical are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to join thie Pre-Construction team in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop and lead the bid winning and commercial pricing strategy and coordinate tender queries and amendments to produce a competitive tender. Giving perspective/benchmark analysis, together with providing diligence against our internal tender pricing. You will also provide guidance in respect to the market approach of a project.
What do we need from you?
You will have proven experience in MEP bid management and have a sound knowledge and understanding of MEP systems. Ideally, you will have experience working with a leading national or regional contractor across commercial, healthcare, education or science projects and external MEP design teams.
