An opportunity has arisen within the Marketing Team at one of Britain’s most iconic estates. This role will utilise your knowledge and experience of digital marketing to lead on the digital strategy, planning and delivery across all multi brands – including Blenheim, Blenheim Estate, Pye Homes, Blenheim Strategic Partners and Blenheim Palace.

You will work alongside the two marketing brand teams to align with the wider marketing strategies and manage two digital marketing executives, you will deliver the agreed digital strategic plans across all channels and provide analytical and insight reporting to ensure Blenheim is always ahead of the curve to maximise brand awareness, engagement and commercial return.

Core digital areas include multi websites, email marketing, data segmentation and audience analysis, social media channels, advertising, Google Ads/Google Ad Grants, SEO, analytics, CRM, APPs, reviews and partnerships.

Day to Date Role Responsibility:

  • Developing a strategy and plan across each digital area – as listed above as main focusses
  • Lead on all digital development projects – working with Innovation team to future proof
  • Core delivery of CRM journeys – working with brand managers to obtain content guidance to set up messaging
  • Responsible for ensuring user tracking permissions are correct to the users preference (Cookie Control)
  • Deliver analysis, and distribute findings/key insights to stakeholders upon research and survey result
  • Work with the Digital Team and brand managers to ensure campaigns are performing based on set KPIs
  • Reporting of online tickets sales data including event/ticket partners such as See Tickets (Palace) and other sales data (Property)
  • Key audience experience and commercial return mapping for all brands
  • Use insight reports such as ALVA, BDRC and Google Trends to understand how our customers’ needs are evolving/markets are changing and regularly report to the wider group
  • DAX Advertising reports
  • Crisis comms support when required
  • Brand guardianship – upholding expected tone, style, and Blenheim family voice

Our ideal candidate:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional who has worked in a similar fast paced environment.

You will also need to have.

  • Strong analytical, data and reporting skills.
  • Hands on experience across all digital channels.
  • CRM mapping and delivery experience.
  • The ability to produce creative content.
  • Experience of a leading a team.
  • A commercial and results driven mindset.
  • Experience in managing multi stakeholders and partners.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Specialist Renewable energy company based in Winchester are looking for a Qualified Electrician with Solar Panel Installation experience to join their team working on projects across the Winchester area.

They work both on commercial and residential projects across the country. You will be working alongside electricians and solar panel installers to perform the electrical side of the installation and test the panels. They are looking for somebody who is a qualified electrician with a background of working with solar panels.

There will be travel involved with the role and some nights away 1-2 days per month ( all expenses are covered) Valid driving licence is required for the role as a company car will be provided to travel across the sites.

The working hours are 40 hours per week, however, if you are able to finish the project in 2 days rather than 4, the remaining days will be free for you to take.
