Key Responsibilities

Kier Places have an excellent opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Housing Maintenance team in Loughton to schedule maintenance works for clients, organising schedules, travel & accommodation for our operatives, and take full responsibility for works orders process in order to meet service delivery & maintain key relationships.

This involves liaising with clients for access arrangements, maintaining effective work systems & documentation compliance. working to service level agreements for all enquiries whilst working to established processes & procedures, and managing the Servitor Repairs Management systems.

Have you got previous experience in a similar scheduler / coordinator / planner role, with relevant industry experience relating to maintenance & repairs? Specialist Renewable energy company based in Winchester are looking for a Qualified Electrician with Solar Panel Installation experience to join their team working on projects across the Winchester area.

They work both on commercial and residential projects across the country. You will be working alongside electricians and solar panel installers to perform the electrical side of the installation and test the panels. They are looking for somebody who is a qualified electrician with a background of working with solar panels.

There will be travel involved with the role and some nights away 1-2 days per month ( all expenses are covered) Valid driving licence is required for the role as a company car will be provided to travel across the sites.

The working hours are 40 hours per week, however, if you are able to finish the project in 2 days rather than 4, the remaining days will be free for you to take.
