3D Laser Scanning Surveyor Job in Berkshire

My client is a regional Survey company, due to the increase in workload they now have an opportunity for a Laser Scanning Surveyor to join their growing team. As the successful candidate, you’ll ideally will be based in Berkshire, Oxfordshire or Wiltshire as this is where the majority of the work with be. Full training on 3D laser scanning equipment and Cloud Point Registration will be given, you will need to have in experience in topographical survey equipment as a minimum.

This Survey company is now over 20 years old and around 15 in head count. They cover the whole of the South, from Bristol to Kent and down to the South Coast for various clients such as developers, agents and architects.

Role & Responsibilities

– Carrying out 3D Laser Scanning Surveys (3 days on site)
– Cloud point registration (2 days in the office/home working)
– Managing your own workload
– Liaising with stakeholders
– Ensure that quality is adhered to at all times

Required Skills & Experience

– Minimum 2 years in digital surveying
– UK Driving Licence
– Excellent communication skills
– 3D Laser scanning experience (desirable)
– GPS Systems (desirable)

Specialist Renewable energy company based in Winchester are looking for a Qualified Electrician with Solar Panel Installation experience to join their team working on projects across the Winchester area.

They work both on commercial and residential projects across the country. You will be working alongside electricians and solar panel installers to perform the electrical side of the installation and test the panels. They are looking for somebody who is a qualified electrician with a background of working with solar panels.

There will be travel involved with the role and some nights away 1-2 days per month ( all expenses are covered) Valid driving licence is required for the role as a company car will be provided to travel across the sites.

The working hours are 40 hours per week, however, if you are able to finish the project in 2 days rather than 4, the remaining days will be free for you to take.
