Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of BAS projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in alignment with client needs and company goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the BAS or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Sustainability Consultant/Senior Sustainability Consultant – LCA & Circular Economy

Our client is looking for a passionate Sustainability Consultant/Senior Sustainability Consultant to provide consultancy services relating to Life Cycle Assessment (Embodied Carbon) and Circular Economy Strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for new build and refurbished schemes, leading the delivery of projects and helping to upskill the team in LCA and Circular Economy strategies and assessment techniques.

You’ll need to hold a relevant science or engineering degree with comprehensive experience in a senior related role. With a good working knowledge of OneClickLCA, BREEAM and GLA reporting requirements for Embodied Carbon and Circular Economy Statements, you’ll have a solid understanding of the policy and regulatory landscape relating to sustainable buildings and building energy in the UK. An excellent communicator, you’ll be skilled in preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presenting to an audience. Customer-focussed, you’ll enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring junior members of the team.

A proven track record in GLA submission for WLC and CE spreadsheets would be advantageous to this role.
