Dove and Hawk are working alongside a luxury, market leading boutique agency based in Prime Central London. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their exceptional market leading office in prime central London.

Duties/Functions of the role:

Welcoming and registering new potential buyers/ vendors
Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings online and in person.
Taking viewing feedback and providing it to vendors in order to better market the property.
Taking, qualifying and negotiating offers to ensure the best result for all parties in the sale process
Establishing relationships with the local area in order to generate valuation opportunities for new business.
Conducting valuations.
Completing the relevant paperwork.
Supporting senior team members within the sales department.
Conducting call outs.

Requirements of the role:

Experience as a senior sales negotiator in sales in Prime Central London
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
A can-do attitude to work in order to ensure personal and team success.

Salary Budgets: £35k Basic, £65-£70K OTE +

Required Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
