A great opportunity for a Road Lighting Design Engineer to provide support to clients and lead the development of road lighting design projects on time, within budget and to the agreed standards.
Key Responsibilities
As Road Lighting Design Engineer you will maintain consistently high technical standards. Effective and efficient management of workload programming, resources and financial aspects of projects. Ensure that deliverables conform to the client’s requirements, recognised standards, statutory regulations and company standards.
What do we need from you?
You will need a HNC/HND or Degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline. IEng or Engtech (or working towards this status) through a relevant institution. Specialist knowledge of the road lighting design discipline gained through advanced training or qualifications and experience. Understanding of engineering and technical disciplines health and safety, quality management and environmental management systems and project management techniques and practices, including contractual and commercial issues gained through experience. Good communication skills with fluent written and verbal English. Technical team management. Valid UK driving licence.
