Dove and Hawk are working alongside a luxury, market leading boutique agency based in Prime Central London. They are looking for a lettings manager to bolster their already exceptional Letting team.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative professional with outstanding client management skills and extensive experience in landlord relations. It is also essential that you have experience working in Prime Central London.

Responsibilities:

Secure quality property instructions to meet business targets
Identify potential tenants and negotiate rentals of properties
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the district and contemporary property values, while keeping abreast of local competition
Conduct accurate research and present findings professionally.
Ensure efficient and professional deal management through effective communication
Maintain a prominent presence in the community to generate client referrals
Cultivate trust and confidentiality with both prospective and existing clients to uphold the professional image of the Partnership.

Requirements of the role

Experience as a Manager in Prime Central London
Track record of securing business
Proactive personality, enthusiastic about expanding market share, self-motivated individual
Capable of leading their team effectively.

Salary: £40K Basic, £85-£100K OTE
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
