A FRA Carpenter is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out fire door installs. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

What does a FRA Carpenter role entail:

  • Must be able to install fire doors
  • General FRA works

Requirements for the FRA Carpenter role:

  • Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
  • Full Driving License – Mobile role
  • CSCS card
  • Working away from home Monday – Friday

Job Title: Electrical Tester – Single Phase

Location: South West London

Salary: £40,000 w/ Van and Fuel Card & Private Use of the Van

Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are working with a leading electrical contractor who are seeking Electrical Testers to join their team across their Social Housing contracts.

The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installation testing in our customer’s properties, produce reports to meet the requirements of BS7671 while always maintaining a safe working environment.

Electrical Tester – Single Phase Role:

  • Carry out periodic inspections of client’s electrical installations in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
  • Produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) which meets the requirements and quality standards of clients and external accrediting bodies (e.g., NICEIC)
  • Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
  • Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Complete follow-on remedial works, where required

Electrical Tester – Single Phase Requirements:

  • 18th Edition
  • Level 3 Installation or equivalent
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing
  • Full UK Driving License

Electrical Tester – Single Phase Benefits:

Joining a project team involved with the planning and application process for new buildings in the Southern region.

Location: – Worthing

Salary: – £25,000 – £27,000 basic – 3 days a week in the office / 2 days a week working from home.

Role:

The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a National Consultancy that has recently been awarded a new 4-year framework to deliver Planning services in the Southern Region.

This position is to work alongside various stakeholders both internally and externally, to ensure all the documentation is recorded correctly. Managing documentation through the entire process from initial planning submission to final submission and authorisation to deliver the project.

You don’t need specific experience for this role as we are looking for the right characteristics and transferable skills. Someone that can work as part of a team in an open plan environment, able to pick up IT systems quickly and has the ability to follow processes.

This role is based 3 days a week in the Worthing offices so you need to be living in the commutable region.

Qualifications:

  • A levels as a minimum
  • Administration experience – Able to demonstrate that you can follow processes and work in a busy office environment

Paddington Construction is part of the Ardmore group and are currently Looking for experienced Joinery Supervisor to be based at our workshop in Brimsdown, Enfield.

We have an off site workshop that covers Stone, Joinery, Welding/Fabrication and Assembly. We are working on some very exciting projects and we build a lot off site, ready to be installed. You will be working with a Contracts Manager that has been with the business for almost 30 years.

As a Joinery Supervisor your role will be to ensure the pace and continuity of the joinery production whilst maintaining rigorous safety standards

Main Responsibilities:

· Oversee a team of bench operatives capable of working safely and accurately with measurable outputs

· Ensure all operatives are adequately assessed, always trained and monitored for working safely; manage and recommend training programmes.

· Deliver a constant flow of work; monitor and measure the output.

· Plan for materials and required equipment to meet specified targets.

· Follow an audit trail on all materials bought in and distribute completed products well marked, with a complete schedule of goods for transport to the various locations, adequately packed bearing in mind the type of transport and the locations on site where they are destined for.

We’re Looking For:

· Relevant Safety Qualification\Training

· Workshop Experience within joinery production environment

· Experience working with MS Office (Outlook)

· Experience in managing people
