Cash Sales Administrator Full time Breedon on the Hill, Derby
Breedon are currently seeking a Cash Sales Administrator to join our team based at Breedon on the Hill.

The position reports to the Finance Manager and the key responsibilities are:
- To be responsible for the management of cash account balances within GB Materials business.
- To ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- To prepare & post journals.
- To adjust and correct Excalibur invoicing system as required.
- Allocation of cash receipts to invoice postings.
- Liaising with site staffs to resolve queries.
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries and process refunds.
- To ensure all refunds processed are legitimate.
- To prepare monthly reconciliations of cash account balances on Infor system.
- Ensure internal process and procedures are adhered to.
- Site visits to train other employees may be required.
- Other ad-hoc duties & tasks as requested by line manager.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and a tenacious approach to resolve all queries as necessary.
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacy.
An understanding of reconciliations would be advantageous
