Cash Sales Administrator Full time Breedon on the Hill, Derby

Breedon are currently seeking a Cash Sales Administrator to join our team based at Breedon on the Hill.

The position reports to the Finance Manager and the key responsibilities are:

To be responsible for the management of cash account balances within GB Materials business.
To ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
To prepare & post journals.
To adjust and correct Excalibur invoicing system as required.
Allocation of cash receipts to invoice postings.
Liaising with site staffs to resolve queries.
Liaising with customers to resolve queries and process refunds.
To ensure all refunds processed are legitimate.
To prepare monthly reconciliations of cash account balances on Infor system.
Ensure internal process and procedures are adhered to.
Site visits to train other employees may be required.
Other ad-hoc duties & tasks as requested by line manager.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and a tenacious approach to resolve all queries as necessary.

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacy.

An understanding of reconciliations would be advantageous
