This company are a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions for a wide range of industries. They specialize in designing, implementing, and managing advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of commercial, industrial and critical facilities. Due to continuous year on year growth since their inception, they’re looking for a Technical Engineer/Account Manager who can help deliver and optimize their operations across London.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients who use or are interested in BMS solutions.
Collaborate with clients to identify areas where the BMS can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance building performance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the functionality and capabilities of the BMS.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional BMS features or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand the client base.
Use client feedback to enhance the BMS and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Site Supervisors responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our site in Towcester, we are currently working with a leading fit out contractor who are looking to strengthen their construction team.

You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day to day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health and safety which is paramount.

You will need to have Security Clearance.

The Role

As a site supervisor you will check work is carried out safely, complete records for site reports and attend site management meetings.

You will liaise with Site Managers and the team to ensure the smooth running of site.
