Kier Places are recruiting now for a Performance Administrator to join our Facilities Management Ministry of Justice & Home Office projects team in Basingstoke, where the main aim of the role will be to support our head of projects, senior administrator and clients in understanding current levels of performance.
Key Responsibilities
As a trusted and focused Performance Administrator, you will take ownership of all internal and external reporting. The role will also include general administration duties where possible to support the senior administrator. This will include tracker and weekly project manager update calls; updating the shared folders, CPA tracker, payments, queries, loaded quotes SLA tracker, and contractor updates relating to completion, delays and mitigations.
Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, you will be client facing & be dealing with escalations; running Concept CAFM reports.
What do we need from you?
The ideal Performance Administrator will be highly organised proactive and independent worker who can work well under pressure with all levels of stakeholders. Having previous experience with Project Management, CAFM and EDMS systems e.g. BIM , Viewpoint, 4Projects, Concept Evolution, would be advantageous – strong Outlook, Word, Excel & SharePoint competence is a must.
