Performance Administrator

Location: working from the Basingstoke office, with home working on an ad hoc basis

Business area: Facilities Management – Ministry of Justice & Home Office contracts

Contract: full time, permanent,

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Performance Administrator to join our Facilities Management Ministry of Justice & Home Office projects team in Basingstoke, where the main aim of the role will be to support our head of projects, senior administrator and clients in understanding current levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
As a trusted and focused Performance Administrator, you will take ownership of all internal and external reporting. The role will also include general administration duties where possible to support the senior administrator. This will include tracker and weekly project manager update calls; updating the shared folders, CPA tracker, payments, queries, loaded quotes SLA tracker, and contractor updates relating to completion, delays and mitigations.
Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, you will be client facing & be dealing with escalations; running Concept CAFM reports.

What do we need from you?
The ideal Performance Administrator will be highly organised proactive and independent worker who can work well under pressure with all levels of stakeholders. Having previous experience with Project Management, CAFM and EDMS systems e.g. BIM , Viewpoint, 4Projects, Concept Evolution, would be advantageous – strong Outlook, Word, Excel & SharePoint competence is a must.

Overall Purpose of Job

To strategically manage and develop a professional service area ensuring that the delivery of the service meets all Council, professional and legislative requirements.

Job Summary

  • The post holder reports to the Assistant Director of Resident Experience
  • The post holder has line management responsibility for up to XX staff within the Corporate Contact Centre
  • The post holder will be will play a key role in driving, shaping and delivery operational excellence across the Resident Experience function
  • The post holder will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Assistant Director of Resident Experience
  • The post holder has budget responsibility of approx.
  • Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

    • Plan and ensure service delivery within a diverse environment. Control activities within the service area and ensure professional standards are delivered.
    • Advise Senior Managers, Members and others on issues relevant to the service area. Provide professional challenge and advice to colleagues, managers and partner organisations
    • Ensure the development and delivery of continuous improvements in all aspects of the service
    • Lead, motivate and develop staff to create and maintain a highly competent and participative workforce
    • Identify, secure, deploy and manage the resources necessary for the service area to meet/exceed its objectives
    • Prepare and present a full range of reports covering area of responsibility and give evidence based recommendations for improvement
    • Ensure the successful implement of health and safety legislation, policies and practices

    The Window and Door Sales Executive will meet customers who visit the showroom and deal with all queries and issue quotations as required. They will also work on business development and take the lead as the primary contact for all orders placed.
