Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Development Manager who will Lead and take responsibility for the team covering all aspects of the development process from the identification of new commercial development opportunities (individual sites, land portfolios and/or corporate acquisitions) through to investment disposal. This is undertaken reporting to the Senior/Development Director and/or Managing Director (Business Unit).
What are we looking for?
You will need experience in the development sector including identifying investments, negotiating lease agreements / end user requirements and ideally investment disposal. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is encouraged though is not essential. You must have shown the ability to motivate and manage both yourself and a whole team, as well as having the ability to work with and negotiate directly with private and public sector clients.
