CSCS Cleaner required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in commercial projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking cleaners to join a project based in Woolwich, SE18.

This contract is for couple of weeks with working hours starting from 8am.

Daily responsibilities for the successful Cleaner will include:

We have an exciting new apprenticeship here at Gleeson for those who are wanting to kick start their career in Land. Our Land Apprentice role is tailored for individuals who are looking for their first step into Land, within a National Housebuilder.

You will be supported and mentored by the Land Team, both in the office and out in the region. As Land Apprentice, you will support the Cumbria Land team to source and secure new land opportunities, Regional land strategy and Group land acquisition parameters to meet the Cumbria Region’s business plan, whilst building your skills through the Gleeson Apprenticeship programme.

Main Responsibilities:

To assist and support the land team in key areas that facilitate the sourcing and securing land such as Reviewing ‘Local Plans’, Reviewing SHLAAs, Land Registry searches, contacting landowners and growing networks within the industry.

Assist and support in the administration, preparation and presentation of comprehensive information packs

Support the production of presentations and information packages for use at internal meetings and public events/consultations and planning committees

The Ideal Candidate:

  • GCSE Grade C/4 and above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team work and collaboration
  • A genuine interest in buying land, property and the construction industry
  • Numerical and literate
  • Ability to manager multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • IT literate especially in Excel and Word
  • General administration and project management skills
  • A UK Drivers licence and access to a car

    Clerk of Works job available, with an established multi-disciplinary consultancy. Our client are looking to speak with experienced Clerk of Works or NEC Supervisors, to oversee projects across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, and Leicestershire. For this role, they are looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 + mileage allowance + remote working.

    This established and trusted MDC offer a range of services across Architecture, Building Surveying, and further construction related practices. They are now looking for a Clerk of Works or an NEC Supervisor to oversee a multitude of projects across the East Midlands.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Ensure site Health and Safety plans are being adhered to
    • Check works in line with UK Building Regulations
    • Advise on materials, construction details and samples as necessary
    • Offering, when necessary, practical, and expert advice to on-site personnel
    • Act in a professional manner at all times, adhering by company policies.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • ICWCI/LICWCI/MICWCI
    • Experience as a Clerk of Works or NEC Supervisor
    • Diverse project experience
    • Full UK Driving License.
